Hi! I'm Dr. Carly Oberbeck, welcome to Pelvic Health Foundations!
I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and mom to one sweet little girl. I have been a clinician for 10 years and received specialized training in pelvic health through Herman and Wallace.
I have always been passionate about exercise and fitness and have tried everything from running marathons, to crossfit, to yoga, you name it! While I enjoyed all of those sports and fitness activities it wasn’t until postpartum that I realized the massive benefit that strength training has on the body. It sparked something inside me and I am fueled with a passion to make resistance training accessible to more moms as it can be the missing link to both preparing for AND recovering from birth and beyond!
Nurturing your body during this perinatal time is of utmost importance but it is easy to get lost in the noise and all the advice floating around about pelvic floor health and symptom management. I am committed to bringing you education, support, and guidance on all things pelvic floor related to help you thrive during this season of life.
Whether you are pregnant, postpartum, or dealing with other common pelvic floor symptoms such as incontinence, pain with intercourse, abdominal separation, c-section and vaginal birth recovery, pelvic pain, or other bodily aches and pains I am here to guide you to a pain free and strong body!
