At Pelvic Health Foundations we offer two main services: private physical therapy and small group classes.
Physical therapy sessions are perfect for addressing specific issues that you may have related to pregnancy, postpartum, pelvic health, or pain.
Our small group classes focus on general fitness and strength training and are suitable for women that are more than 6 weeks postpartum and have been cleared to start exercising.
Dr. Carly Oberbeck offers in-clinic or at home physical therapy to evaluate and treat the following:
Tailbone pain
Round ligament pain
Pelvic organ prolapse
Pelvic floor birth prep
Neck/Back/Hip/Pelvic pain
Postpartum pain and recovery
C-section or perineal scar care
Pain during and after intercourse

Postpartum return to run and exercise
Urinary dysfunction, incontinence, leakage
We offer both small group and 1:1 private strength training from our private studio in East Nashville.
These sessions are focused on full body strengthening, in a way that is non-intimidating and effective at helping you return to exercise safely.
