Dr. Carly Oberbeck offers small group, in-person training sessions that help moms restore and build functional strength and endurance. Classes are 1 hour long and we meet twice per week in our private studio in East Nashville.

We Offer Two Unique Programs

POSTPARTUM FOUNDATIONS

✨ Newly Postpartum Women

6 Week Guided Rehab & Strength Program

2 Days Per Week, 1 Hour Sessions

4 Person Max Class Size

Additional "At Home" Workout

Guided by a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, this program is designed to help restors your core and build your foundational strength back in order to prepare you for the demands of motherhood. You'll build strength, learn about your body and find support from other moms in your exact same position!

My goal is to bring a strength focused program to the community, specifically designed for the demands of motherhood and life in general. With the guidance of DPT Carly Oberbeck you'll not only learn how to lift weights safely and effectively, you'll be joining a strong community of moms in the Nashville area!

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need physical therapy or small group classes?

Both are great options. However if you are at least 6 weeks postpartum, have been cleared by a doctor to exercise and don't have specific pain or discomfort then our small group class is going to be a great fit for you!

What happens if I miss a class?

Let's face it, being a busy mom means that it is tough to stick to an exact schedule. We will work with you to make up sessions that you miss, and also will provide you with the workouts via an App so that you can do the workouts on your own as well.

Is 2 days per week enough to get me in shape?

Yes! 2 days of strength training is a GREAT place to start, especially as your body is healing from pregnancy.

Will you help me with nutrition?

Absolutely! Dr. Carly does go over nutrition basics and helps our small group members make tweaks to their diets.

Do you have different classes for different skill levels?

Right now we offer two different classes. Our "Foundations" class is for the recently postpartum mom who is just starting back up with exercise. We also offer a "Strength in Motherhood" class for those that are further along or have already taken our Foundations program.
